Upon arrival, I encountered a slight issue with the room rate discrepancy, but overall, my stay had its positives and negatives. The room itself was not up to standard with stale cigarette odors and poor cleanliness, including black mold and urine stains. However, the location was convenient, and the dining experience, despite being pricey, offered creative salads. The service, especially towards certain guests, left much to be desired despite the high rating of this supposedly five-star hotel.
I was assigned a different room than booked but had to wait fifteen minutes at the front desk for cleaning without notice. The hotel is not close to the tram stop and sits in a noisy residential area, though it is very near the tram and shopping mall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though spacious, showed signs of age and wasn't as clean as expected. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently close to a shopping mall and the metro station. The dining experience offered a good variety of breakfast options, while the service was lacking professionalism and friendliness. The facilities were satisfactory but could use some improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised by the fairly large rooms at the hotel, which were kept to a high standard, making my stay feel equal to a 5-star hotel. The service, although inconsistent at times with a lack of commitment and occasional rudeness, did ensure they catered to my needs during my stay. Despite some shortcomings in the service department, the hotel offered a remarkable spread of Turkish and Continental food in the dining experience, making it a highlight of my visit.
